Return Policy – Defective Items Only

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item arrives defective or damaged, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.

What’s Eligible for Return

  • Items that are defective due to a manufacturing error or were damaged during shipping.
  • Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be returned in original packaging, with all included components.

What’s Not Eligible

  • Returns for non-defective items (e.g., buyer’s remorse, wrong size/color, etc.).
  • Products returned more than 30 days after delivery.
  • Items showing signs of misuse, tampering, or accidental damage.

How to Request a Return

  1. Contact our support team at support@example.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue.
  2. Attach clear photos or a short video showing the defect or damage.
  3. Once your request is reviewed and approved, we’ll send return instructions and a return authorization (if applicable).

Refunds & Exchanges

After we receive and inspect the returned item, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. If preferred and the item is in stock, we can process a replacement instead of a refund.
